Fun With Neutrals

Whoever said that neutrals are boring was seriously mistaken (slight Legally Blonde reference)! I always catch myself buying neutral colors, because they can be styled with almost anything. Neutral colors allow you to get more creative with mixing and matching, which is something I have always loved doing. For example, I am wearing the exact same pants from my previous post “New Year, New Fashionably Real” . I have been obsessed with these studded black denim pants, and they were only $15 from H&M. You can never go wrong with a pair of black jeans!  You can rework them so many different ways. This exact pair is unfortunately sold out, due to the fact that they were on sale. I have linked a very similar, also inexpensive, pair below.

This off the shoulder sweater is one of the coziest/softest sweaters you will ever put on your body. You will never want to take it off! I love an off the shoulder sweater, it allows you to show a little skin while still being warm. I skipped the jewelry for this look and went with my adorable baker’s boy hat to cover my unwashed doo-doo ball styled hair! If you haven’t invested in one of these hats you should IMMEDIATELY! It a great way to still look chic and trendy while being too lazy to wash your hair, which is like an everyday problem for me. I also spiced up this outfit by pairing my faux fur backpack purse. Faux fur is a huge trend right now! It is such a great way to make an outfit more fun and playful. This is a trend I am all for! 🙂
