Summer Staples With Dress Up

In the summer, especially when I am at the beach, I tend to always go for easy pieces that I can just throw on and be comfortable throughout the day in. Dresses are always the best option for this, especially a good maxi dress.

Girl’s Trip to OBA

This past weekend my former college roommates and I decided to take a last minute girl’s trip to the beach! After graduating from college and me moving to Atlanta, we never get to see each other anymore. So we figured why not take an adult spring break? So after work on Thursday we drove down to Orange Beach, Alabama and stayed at the Phoenix III for the weekend.

Food & Wine Festival Look

During spring in Atlanta, there is a food, wine, or beer festival almost every weekend. I am guilty of attending almost all of these. I love being able to sample so many different types of wine, beer, or food. What better way to do that than outdoors on a beautiful spring day?

Upgraded Florals

Florals are a timeless trend for spring and are a great way to brighten and liven up any  wardrobe. It is so easy to get stale in your styling choices and to just go with neutral colors always, I am guilty of it myself! So when I saw this blazer at Zara I just had to have it!

What I’m Wearing to Sunday Brunch

Sunday brunch is an every week thing for me and Sam, ever since we moved to the same city! When we were long distance our Sunday’s were spent dreading saying goodbye and taking each other to the airport. This is a time together that we truly cherish!

Our current favorite brunch spot in Atlanta is Einstein’s in Midtown. They have such a great patio in the middle of the city and incredible food! They are also in our Atlanta Dining Out Passbook, which is coupon book to over 100 restaurants in the Atlanta area. The best part, is every coupon is buy one entree get one free. I mean how amazing is that? This is a great investment if you eat out a lot or are wanting to try out all of the great restaurants in Atlanta.

This time of year our ideal brunch spot is somewhere that’s more on the casual side and has a patio (that way Marshall can join). Sunday’s are our lazy days, so I just like to be able to throw on something and go! This Forever 21 romper is perfect for that! I’m not going to lie, I ordered this romper a while back and didn’t think I would ever wear it because the color made me nervous. Now I love it! Saturated hues are a big trend this spring, and this romper is helping me ease my way into brightening up my wardrobe. It is still a tad chilly here in Atlanta, so I just threw on my go to denim jacket to complete this look!
